California and Florida Resellers
California Resellers must be licensed by the state to perform computer repairs for consumers. This authorization is known as BEAR. More information can be found by clicking here.

Anyone selling an extended warranty to a Florida consumer, even if you are located outside Florida, must be licensed by the state. Find out more by clicking here. or by calling (850) 413-3140.

These agreements must be completed and signed. Authorization takes 7-14 days. You will be contacted if your service provider rates are not in line with what our insurance underwriter has determined for your area. (Hourly rates for a basic PC/Printer technician with Next Business Day response should be $ 75 - $ 90 per hour.)
